By signing up for the Facebook Accelerator membership:

#1) I, the customer, understand that this is a digital product which means there are NO REFUNDS once payment has been made/submitted/processed.

#2) I, the customer, understand that the Facebook Accelerator membership is a monthly membership program with recurring payments for me to keep and maintain access to the membership materials/content.

#3) I, the customer, understand that I am FREE to cancel and discontinue my monthly membership at any time by sending a cancelation email to Contact@TCAtkinson.com, which means that no more FUTURE membership fees will be charged/deducted.

#4) I, the customer, understand that any lapse in payment or non-payment for any reason will void membership access resulting in my membership being canceled. If I, the customer, decide to rejoin the membership and the price for the membership has increased, then I, the customer, understand that I will have to rejoin at the higher membership price.

#5) I, the customer, understand that all material inside of the Facebook Accelerator membership program is copyrighted and property of T.C Atkinson Enterprises LLC. Any sharing, reproduction, or reuse of these materials for profit or no profit will constitute a breach of copyright and infringement of intellectual property for T.C Atkinson that will be pursued to the fullest extend of the law to recoup losses to T.C Atkinson Enterprises LLC. Breaching this will constitute a reason for loss of membership.
